Brand Philosophy

Regalis – from Latin, literally meaning “royal,” yet in classical literature it conveys the essence of ultimate quality. The prefix “reg-” denotes “to lead.” This is exactly what Regalis Advisory sets out to do: to support and lead companies and their leaders through transformation, operations, and international collaboration.

The firm was born out of a need for a new approach to advisory – one that is conscious. Gentle, yet highly effective.

Meet the Founder

Aleksandra Marszałek – founder of Regalis Advisory, manager, law graduate, German philologist, certified educator, conscious leader. Business strategist.

I founded Regalis after over 15 years in executive roles across business and legal environments. I created a space where strategy is not a template – but a co-created process. Where collaboration, not pressure, defines direction.

I received my first international award at the age of 17 – a scholarship for exceptional academic achievements, which allowed me to complete the 11th grade at a German Gymnasium.
